Play a C scale, 2 hands, 2 octaves. Remember the levers :)
4. arpeggios
Play an F triad arpeggio - 4 octaves plus a top note - up and down 2 times.
Hint: one hand is one octave, so 4 octaves is 4 hands. Don't forget the top note that you hinge on.
